Palace Halls Eraser Set

This eraser set draws inspiration from the Three Grand Halls of the Forbidden City:

• Hall of Supreme Harmony (Taihe Dian)

• Hall of Central Harmony (Zhonghe Dian)

• Hall of Preserving Harmony (Baohe Dian)

These three halls stand atop the highest three-tier white marble terrace in the palace, symbolizing supreme authority and balance.
They are not only the architectural heart of the Forbidden City, but also the symbolic center of Beijing itself.

Design Concept

Each eraser begins as a simple rectangular block.
With use, its shape gradually transforms—revealing the iconic roof silhouettes of the three palace halls.

This gradual change mirrors the experience of time and touch: history is not static, but shaped slowly through everyday interaction.
