Thank you for shopping with Cubwave. We truly appreciate your support. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  1. No Returns for Non-Defective Items

All sales are final once the order has been shipped, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong item

Duplicate purchase

Product size, colour, or appearance differences within a reasonable range

Minor differences caused by lighting, screen display, photography, or production details

Opened or used items without a confirmed product issue

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as possible after receiving it, including opening the packaging and inspecting the item.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

This includes issues that may only become visible after opening the package, such as loose parts, detached magnets, leakage, or a battery-powered product not working upon arrival.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the problem.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

Issues reported after the 7-day period may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund, unless otherwise required by applicable law or platform policies.

  1. Liquid Sand and Glitter Products

Some Cubwave products contain liquid sand, glitter, or other decorative moving elements. The amount, distribution, flow speed, and visual effect of these materials may vary slightly from item to item.

These natural variations are part of the product design and production process. They are not considered defects and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  1. Battery-Powered Products

Some Cubwave products may include built-in, non-replaceable batteries. Battery life may vary depending on use, storage, and handling.

Battery depletion after normal use is not considered a product defect.

If a battery-powered product does not work upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos so we can review the issue.

  1. Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items may take longer to ship due to production, customs clearance, or logistics delays. Estimated shipping or delivery dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order, or consider purchasing from one of our retail partner stores when available.

If a pre-order item has not yet shipped, you may contact us to request cancellation. Once the order has been shipped, this policy applies.

  1. Shipping Schedule and Shipping Issues

Cubwave is a small team, and each order is carefully prepared and packed. To make sure orders are handled properly, we usually ship orders once per week.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us at support@cubwave.com before placing your order. We will do our best to let you know whether we can meet your timeline.

Shipping fees, taxes, and the total order amount will be shown at checkout before payment is completed. Available shipping methods and delivery destinations may vary depending on the order and shipping address.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery time may be affected by the carrier, weather, customs, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will help check the tracking information and work with the carrier when possible.

  1. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for failed delivery, delays, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may offer to resend it after the customer pays the additional shipping fee.

  1. 帶電池產品

部分 Cubwave 商品可能包含內置不可替換電池。電池續航時間會因使用方式、存放環境和操作方式而有所不同。

正常使用後的電池耗盡不屬於商品品質問題。
